Following a 21 year career in structural repair, design and engineering, Foundation Masters, LLC built in 2003 in Cincinnati then moved to Florida in 2013. Foundation Masters, LLC now dominates the State of Florida’s market. Jeff’s other successful business venture Foundation Waterproofing 101 started January 2016, and this company easily dominated the Florida market.

Jeff’s latest venture is demolition construction (Demolition Contractors, LLC). Working and designing deep foundation systems in Tampa, FL. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the market for demolition. The project that sparked his attention for Demolition Contractors, LLC is a deep foundation system for a new apartment complex that will be built over a old garbage dump. That’s right, I  said old garbage dump! Their is no land left in Tampa, if you want to build anything in Tampa you have buy a property with a structure on it then scrape the lot first.
